Party & Event Rental Policies
THANK YOU for considering us for your rental needs. Our goal is to help you have a successful and memorable event. To help you, we need to have a clear understanding of the conditions of your rental. The following provides guidelines for your rental contract.
RESERVATIONS are encouraged for your party or special event. This will help insure availability and allow time for your reservation to delivered or your pick-up. A credit card will be required to hold your reservation.
FULL PAYMENT for all rental fees, deposits and services are due in advance on or before delivery or pick up by customer.
DELIVERY is available. Call us for for costs to your site. Tables and chairs will be delivered clean. They must be clean when they are picked up to avoid cleaning fees. Our service does not include set up or take down of tables or chairs. If this service is desired, arrangements must be made prior to delivery and/or pickup with an additional charge applied.
NO EQUIPMENT IS TO BE DISASSEMBLED. We must be notified immediately if any items are damaged. The customer will be charged for missing or damaged items as well as accrued rent on the missing or damaged items. You are responsible for equipment from the time of pick-up or delivery to the time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. You may be charged for soiled, broken, damaged or missing items at replacement cost.
PICK-UP and/or RETURN: Linens should be refuse free and dry to prevent staining and mildew. Tables and chairs should be knocked down and stacked ready for pick-up. All items should be assembled in a single location for pick-up to avoid additional fees.
DEPOSITS: A credit card will be required to secure your reservation. 50% of the total is due at the time of the reservation AND it is NON-REFUNDABLE.
PRICING: Our rates are based on a weekend - where items are picked up on a Friday and returned Monday.
